Marissa Segundo has enjoyed nearly 20 years of proven success in strategic sustainability planning and measurable behavior change. Her award-winning communications campaigns built bridges to key audiences. She has worked with public, private and collaborative recycling and sustainability industry clients. Segundo opens doors to Hispanic communities and prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion for robust results.

Molly Schweers, Senior Public Information Specialist, Atkins Global

Molly Schweers is an award-winning communicator specializing in public works. As one example of her impact, the education programs Schweers created for Lee County, Florida have resulted in a 63% improvement in targeted residential recycling behavior. Schweers also created a partnership – now in its sixth year – between the Lee County government and the local school board. This collaboration educates roughly 1,700 students annually on waste reduction, diversion and reuse. Schweers currently works as a senior public information specialist for Atkins Global, a world-leading design, engineering and project management consultancy.
