Brent Bell, Vice President of Recycling, WM
Brent Bell has been in the waste industry for over 20 years. Bell started at USA Waste in 1997 and worked at the corporate offices during the USA/WM merger in the late 1990s. He moved to the recycling group a few years later, where he helped grow WM into the largest residential recycler in North America. Bell is currently WM’s vice president of recycling. He is responsible for the operations of 100-plus facilities and the sales and marketing of 10 million tons of recyclables.

Dan Leif, Editorial Director, Resource Recycling
Dan Leif has been a business journalist for 15 years and currently serves as managing editor at Resource Recycling, Inc., the company that publishes Resource Recycling magazine and produces the Resource Recycling Conference. Leif has been with Resource Recycling since 2013 and previously worked for trade publications covering the specialty coffee and marketing industries.
