Mitch Kessler, Principal, Kessler Consulting, Inc.

Mitch Kessler has 39 years of experience in the solid waste industry and has been responsible for over 1,000 projects serving more than 300 clients. He has specific expertise in procurements, contracting and material processing centers. Kessler has had the privilege to serve as president of both Recycle Florida Today and the SWANA Fla. Sunshine Chapter. He currently serves on the SWANA National BOD.

Randy Rudd, Senior Consultant, Kessler Consulting, Inc.

Randy Rudd has been in the solid waste industry since 1993, with public sector experience in collections, disposal, waste to energy, materials recovery facilities and composting operations.  Recently, Rudd was directly responsible for management and daily operations of two 25 ton per hour materials recovery facilities in the Southeastern U.S., one of which he managed from concept and design to full-scale operation.

Stephanie Sidler, Director, Business Development – Recycling, GFL Environmental

Stephanie Sidler has almost 15 years of experience in waste management. She spent the first part of her career working in the public sector, where was responsible for day-to-day oversight of the contracted operations of a municipally owned MRF and a large-scale collection contract. Since 2016, Sidler has been responsible for the oversight of various large-scale municipal recyclables processing contracts. She is currently the director of business development for GFL Environmental, where she oversees processing contracts and helps grow the company’s recycling portfolio throughout North America.
