Christer Henriksson, President, Juno

Christer Henriksson leads all aspects of developing and growing Georgia-Pacific’s innovative Juno waste diversion business. He has played an instrumental role in the development of the technology from the initial concept through pilot testing to the first commercial installation, and now working to expand globally. Henriksson joined Georgia-Pacific in 2005 and has been heavily involved in innovative technologies. Before joining GP, Henriksson was chief operating officer for American Fiber Resources. He also has held various technical and manufacturing positions, primarily in green field pulp mill startups.

Tamsin Ettefagh, Chief Sustainability Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, PureCycle

Tamsin Ettefagh is the chief sustainability officer and chief commercial officer at PureCycle Technologies. She has over 34 years of experience in the areas of recycling and plastics recycling, including implementing a recycling collection program, running the recycling operations for a manufacturing recycling facility, purchasing raw materials and selling recycled resins for plastics recycling companies. Prior to joining PureCycle, Ettefagh worked as a senior consultant both in an independent capacity and for major consulting firms in the plastics recycling space, focusing on strategy and implementation to advancements in process, primarily in polyolefins. She has consulted for agencies, banks and potential plastics manufacturers on market conditions, types of supply, and how to evolve and diversify markets for recycled resins.

Keira Higgins, Consultant, RRS

Prior to joining RRS as an analyst in 2020, Keira Higgins planned the Rochester Institute of Technology Waste Awareness Campaign, the first-ever campus-wide waste audit conducted at her alma matter. The project was recognized for sustainability efforts by the Organization of Engineers for a Sustainable World, among others. Higgins’ experience working on a farm in health and safety, along with her engineering experience, helps her to be prepared to tackle a variety of projects.
